RENT OTSOMAANI!

Advance booking payment of Otsomaani is 50% of the renting price and it has to be paid within 7 days from making the reservation. The reservation is conclusive. Rest of the rent needs to be paid at the latest 4 weeks before the rental period begins. After the payment customer will get reservation confirmation and information about the check-in. It is not allowed to accommodate more people to the rented facility than what has been agreed in advance. Smoking and any pets are forbidden. Camping and using a caravan or a camper at the yard is forbidden. For a possible breach of contract an amount of 2 000 € (+ VAT 22 %) is charged.

– If a customer cancels the booking 28 days before the rental period begins, the pre-booking fee and the rest of the rent will be returned in total. The office expenses of 15 € and cancellation fee of 31 € will be deducted from this amount. – If the customer cancels the reservation later than 28 days before the rental period begins, the pre-booking fee and the rest of the rent will not be refunded. – The cancellation is official, when the information about the cancellation has arrived to Suomen Otsomaani Oy. The possible cancellation must be made before the start of the rental period. – If force majoure occurs, Suomen Otsomaani Oy has a right to cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer is entitled to reimbursement of the rent. – If the payments are not paid on time, Suomen Otsomaani Oy has a right to cancel the reservation. If any damages are made to the real estate or its facilities, the customer is obligated to pay for the damages done. Condition of the apartment is checked before and after the rental period. The check-out and check-in days are mainly Sundays and Thursdays. On your arrival day the apartment is available from 5pm and check-out time is at 11.00 noon. All comments about the reservation of the property and the condition of the property must be made immediately to the service company or to Suomen Otsomaani Oy. Returning of the keys must be agreed with the housekeeper.
